You don’t need an account to order a personalised photo gift. However, we do recommend you create one to keep track of your order, view order history and to keep your personal information up to date.

Absolutely. We tend not to send out proofs when ordering as this can slow the delivery process. However, if you do require a preview of your photo gift before we print and send it out then please let us know in the order notes, or by emailing us immediately after. Unfortunately we cannot provide proofs if you ask us 48 hours after ordering as we have usually printed your item by this point.

As most of our items are ordered as gifts, we don’t include invoice information in your package. All invoice/pricing details can be found in your account if you created one when making an order.

We will provide a full refund for any item if you change your mind within 24 hours.

As all our photo gifts are personalised, we are unable to provide a refund if you change your mind after the 24 hour period. This is because your gift will already have been printed.

If your oder is damaged or faulty upon arrival then please get in touch with us via our contact page.

We will ask you to provide photo evidence and in some cases we will ask you to return the item to us.

Upon inspection, we should be able to offer you a replacement or refund.

 

 

If you notice you have chosen the wrong image then we should be able to change it, providing you have let us know within 24 hours. 

After this 24 hour period your order will have already gone to print and we unfortunately will not be able to change it.

If you have received an order and the photo quality is poor then usually this is down to your image and not the print or the gift.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide high resolution pictures for print and we unfortunately cannot be held responsible for low quality image prints.

If you really do feel that your image has been printed badly then please get in touch via our contact page and we will inspect the item for you.

 

All our items are made specifically to order. We aim to print all photo gifts within 24 hours and dispatch soon after. The average delivery time is 4-5 working days, however this may take longer over busy periods such as Christmas.
